U.S. immigration attorney Mona Tehrani is the founder and managing attorney of the Virginia Law Center for Immigration and Citizenship, PLLC. This is a full-service immigration law firm focusing exclusively on all aspects of immigration law including all visas, green cards, and naturalization.
Ms. Tehrani has worked with an array of clients, ranging from the individual to small businesses, investors, students, families, and more. Immigration law can be confusing and complex. Ms. Tehrani grew up in Northern Virginia. In 2009, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from the George Washington University, majoring in Philosophy and double minoring in Journalism and Religion. She then attended the Johns Hopkins University, studying governmental affairs at the graduate level. In 2014, she received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law.
Ms. Tehrani holds active membership and is in good standing with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). She is a certified member of the DC Bar, and is fluent in English, Farsi, and semi-fluent in French. On her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her husband and son.
